Axymis provides a Software-as-a-Service platform that enables businesses to access automated business services, digital collaborators, and business toolkits through a web application. Access is provided on a subscription basis, typically including a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly fees.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your data) remain with Axymis and its licensors. You retain ownership of your content and business data.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you submit.
We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axymis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Axymis, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
